This neglected apartment complex was in dire need of repair. At first glance, many issues were easily visible, including inoperable windows and structural problems. Upon closer inspection, it was clear that plumbing and electrical issues also had to be addressed. In fact, eight of the 22 units were completely uninhabitable. New windows, siding, roof sheathing and shingles completed the updates to the exterior. This complex now not only has better curb appeal, but it provides a safer, more inviting community for residents.
