We are thrilled to announce that Vertical Builders' entry in the 74th Annual Richmond Parade of Homes has won the Gold Award for its class in "Single Family Furnished."Our Stratford model has also won for "Best Kitchen."
The Parade of Homes is a long-standing showcase of outstanding home design, craftsmanship, and innovation will run on weekends from September 27 through October 19, 2025, from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
The Parade of Homes is the largest and longest-running home show in Virginia, and it gives prospective homebuyers, design enthusiasts, and the general public a unique opportunity to tour a wide range of homes—from affordable to luxury builds—across the Richmond area. This year’s portfolio of homes spans price points from the low $300,000s to over $1.5 million.
Whether you’re actively in the market for a new home or simply gathering design inspiration, this is a can't-miss event. You’ll get to see the latest trends in architecture, interior finishes, smart home tech, landscaping, and community planning—all in one accessible tour.
